Once you have enough experience, submit a validation of experience application for review.Maintain your membership with CPHR BC & Yukon as you work toward gaining 3 years (if you have a degree) or 8 years (if no degree) of professional work experience (within 10 years).Once transcript is approved for NKE exemption, submit payment for exemption application (less 25% if submitted within a year of graduating).Graduate from the program with a 70% average (B-) and send your transcript to CPHR BC & Yukon for review.The code must be used at the time of sign-up for student membership and cannot be applied retroactively.
